Subject: Comics February 10, 2005

Idea for a comic strip character:

Secret Agent .000000007

Nanometer-Man.

Subject: Coordinates, Mr. Chekhov! February 8, 2005

The home web page for Tim Berners-Lee (inventor of the World Wide Web) contains:

His biography.

His rules for receiving email.

His PGP Key.

His address at MIT.

Plus, the latitude and longitude of his office, to 6 or 7 decimal places.

That would no doubt come in very handy were one ever trying to track the man down using only, say, a GPS unit.

Geeks. Gotta love 'em. But then, his rules for email are so restrictive that it actually might be easier to find him via GPS.

Subject: The "Einstein of Masturbation" February 6, 2005

[I visited] Ken [Wilber]'s house with a group of students and [was] surprised by his pantomimed masturbation and his laughing but quite frequent requests for blowjobs from the audience (in IntegralNaked, 2004).

That's not an integral philosophy, it's an adolescent cry for help. (What's next, mimicking fart noises in four quadrants?)

"Everyone loves a mime," right?

No, everyone loves a clown. Speaking of which....

Subject: Meow! February 5, 2005

Idea for a children's horror movie:

The Cat in the Vat.

You know what he did the last time he was here....
